This privacy policy describes how Menara Games ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile games, including Ninja Fishing ("the App"). Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle your data.

  • Device information: Device identifiers used to create anonymous accounts when no sign-in method is used.
  • Chat messages: Messages you send through the in-game chat system when interacting with other players.

We collect information when you:

  • Sign in using Google, Apple, Google Play Games, or email/password
  • Create or change your in-game nickname
  • Use the friend system (sending/accepting friend requests, searching for players)
  • Back up your game data to the cloud
  • Send messages through in-game chat
  • Play the game (gameplay analytics)
How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the online features of the App, including the friend system and multiplayer functionality
  • Allow you to back up and restore your game progress across devices
  • Display your nickname and avatar to other players
  • Enable in-game chat and social features
  • Improve the App through gameplay analytics
How do we protect your information?
  • Authentication is handled through trusted third-party providers (Google, Apple, Firebase Authentication).
  • Game data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted.
  • We do not store passwords directly; all sign-in is handled through secure OAuth protocols.
  • We do not collect or store credit card information. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Third-party services

Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect and process data:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and real-time database for user profiles, friend lists, and game data storage.
  • Google Play Games Services: Sign-in and achievements on Android devices.
  • Photon (Exit Games): Multiplayer networking and in-game chat.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Server-side game configuration and data processing.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties, except as described above for the operation of our services. We may release information when required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.

 

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, we will delete your profile, friend data, and game backups from our servers.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

In accordance with CalOPPA:

  • Users can use our App anonymously (without signing in to a third-party account).
  • This privacy policy is accessible from within the App and on our website.
  • You will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this page.
  • You can request changes to your personal information by emailing us.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Fair Information Practices

In line with Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur, we will notify affected users via email within 7 business days of becoming aware of the breach.

We agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

Your choices
  • You can use the App without signing in; an anonymous account will be created automatically.
  • You can choose whether to link your account with Google, Apple, or email.
  • You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
